Emmanuel is a congregation of

Witness

The Greek word martyria, here translated as witness, describes one aspect of the work of Emmanuel.  In a general sense a witness is anyone or anything that can attest to the truth, but in the Church it takes on a more focused meaning.  The Church's martyria is witness to Jesus Christ.

The Witness of the Church is grounded in the Apostolic Witness--the Holy Scriptures--which are the accounts of those who lived and walked with Jesus, who learned from Him and who were eyewitnesses to His death and resurrection.

In this section you'll find what our congregation believes, teaches, and confesses concerning the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as well as other resources that point to the truth that Jesus died to save sinners and rose again to bring eternal life.
